Ignite Maintenance - Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Extra Care Removals. We provide property maintenance services, including but not limited to gardening, pressure washing, exterior cleaning, painting, and handyman work. By engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

2. Services Provided

We commit to delivering high-quality property maintenance services to meet your needs. Our services are outlined in the quotation provided to you before commencing any work. We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue any service at our discretion.

3. Quotations and Payments

    – Quotations: All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Any changes to the scope of work after a quote has been accepted may result in additional charges.

    – Payments: Payments are due as per the payment terms specified in the quotation or invoice. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of services.

    – Deposits: A deposit may be required before commencing work. This will be outlined in your quotation.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand by the quality of our work and offer a satisfaction guarantee on all services provided. If you are not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 7 days of completion, and we will take reasonable steps to address the issue at no additional cost to you.

5. Liability

    – General Liability: While we strive to provide the highest level of service, Ignite Maintenance shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the services provided.

    – Property Damage: We take utmost care when working on your property. However, Ignite Maintenance is not liable for any pre-existing damage or issues with the property. Any damage caused directly by our services will be assessed and, if deemed our responsibility, will be rectified at our expense.

    – Third-Party Liability: Extra Care Removals is not liable for any damages or losses caused by third parties engaged directly by the client.

6. Workmanship Warranty

We provide a warranty on our workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship but does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors beyond our control.

7. Health and Safety

We comply with the Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (NSW) and all other relevant laws and regulations to ensure the safety of our workers and clients. We require that any hazardous materials or conditions be disclosed before work commences.

8. Cancellations and Rescheduling

    – Cancellations: Clients may cancel scheduled services with at least 24 hours’ notice without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the schedule service may incur a cancellation fee.

    – Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule services with at least 24 hours’ notice. We will do our best to accommodate your preferred new time, but availability cannot be guaranteed.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or the services provided will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

10. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any information collected will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

11. Amendments to Terms

Ignite Maintenance reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes before they take effect.
